Athletic Clearance

All athletes must have completed a physical and be registered with AthleticClearance.com

Complete the online athletic clearance registration on the Athletic Clearance website. This will cover the student from June 2024 through May 2025. You must complete your registration before you have your physical appointment. Print out the physical forms and bring them to your physical appointment. You will need to obtain a physical on your own and complete the necessary paperwork prior to the beginning of football activities.
