Steps for Online Athletic Registration

1. Go to homecampus.com

a. Choose for students/parents in the top right corner

b. Create username/password or sign into old account

c. Click on start clearance here

d. Choose Upland High School, ______ school year and sport (s) you will be trying out for

e. Answer all questions/fill in all information

i. If you are an incoming freshman/transfer and do not have a student ID yet you can put 0 for now

2. Once the online portion is fully completed, bring your hard copy physical to the Athletic Training Room.

a. Can email a PDF copy

b. Bring the hard copy to the athletic training room.
